This property is hands down one of the most amazing properties we’ve had the privilege to stay in.  As an owner-Architect, Sarah designed The Glasshouse as a property to showcase not just her talent, but also her idea of the good life on Australia’s Sunshine Coast.  We felt like we were staying in our own private resort. The architecture of the home blurs the lines between inside and out, and the pool and cabana area truly do remind you that you’re on holiday and it’s time to switch off and relax.

Doonan is about 20 minutes from Hastings Street, but with that distance comes a peaceful environment.  During dusk on a couple of the days during our stay, we were fortunate enough to see kangaroos on the property.  That, coupled with the most stunning sunrises beyond the pool made for a truly magnificent beginning and end to each day at The Glasshouse.

From the moment I found the property online no request was too much trouble.  During our stay, the entire property was spotless, and the garden exceptionally maintained. Thank you, we hope to return one day soon!
