The waterside restaurants and cafés of Quamby Place are just a short stroll away, while cosmopolitan Hastings Street and iconic Noosa Main Beach are a quick five-minute drive or a leisurely 20-minute walk.

The Space

Step inside this architecturally designed home to soaring ceilings and light-filled interiors. A striking timber staircase rises through the entry, while walls of glass connect the home with its tropical surrounds, offering glimpses of the river through the trees.

The open-plan living and dining area is the heart of the home, with glass doors that slide away to extend the space onto the terrace. Sink into the plush lounges in front of the Smart TV and electric fireplace, or gather around the dining table overlooking the leafy waterfront surrounds. Tucked off the living area, a serene study offers a quiet place to work or unwind.

The kitchen is well suited to holiday entertaining, with an expansive stone island and breakfast bar, generous bench space and quality appliances.

Beyond the kitchen, a separate media room opens onto the tropical garden. With comfortable lounges and a large TV, it’s a cosy spot for movie nights after a day exploring Noosa.

Two bedrooms are also located on this level. Overlooking the pool and river, the master bedroom has a king bed and direct access to the terrace, along with an ensuite featuring a freestanding bath. On the garden side, the second bedroom has a zip and link king bed and its own ensuite. A powder room and laundry with a washer and dryer complete the level.

Outside, the terrace stretches the full width of the home. Enjoy long lunches at the covered outdoor dining table or stretch out on a sun lounger beside the sparkling pool. The BBQ is close by for evening drinks and alfresco dinners, all beneath the dappled shade of the trees. Beyond the terrace, a sandy beach leads to the private jetty, where you can take a kayak (not supplied) and explore the river. On the other side of the house, a leafy tropical garden and lawn provide plenty of room for the kids to play.

Upstairs, two further bedrooms offer space and privacy for family and friends. The third bedroom has a queen bed and the fourth has two single beds, each with their own ensuite.

IMPORTANT: This is an absolute waterfront property, with the terrace, beach and jetty opening directly onto the river. Young children will need close supervision outdoors at all times, so please consider whether the property is suitable for your family before booking.

Please note the upstairs master suite, butler’s pantry and outdoor spa are reserved for the owners and are not available for guest use.
