There is a separate bathroom with shower. Both rooms open out on to a large shaded terrace overlooking the pool. This is the perfect place to enjoy a pre-dinner drink and watch the sun go down over the Noosa Hinterland.
Downstairs there is an additional Queen bedroom with an adjacent bathroom with shower and double vanities. This room opens out onto a back patio that has side access to the front of the house.
The galley-style kitchen is modern and well-equipped with Miele appliances. There is an adjacent laundry with a washing machine (a dryer is in the garage). There is external access to the back patio from here also.
A comfortable air-conditioned living/dining area leads out onto the private north facing pool patio at the front of the house. This is a lovely area from which to catch some afternoon sun and enjoy your holiday read. Dine alfresco at the outdoor table. There is a BBQ for guest use.
All rooms have their own air-conditioning and ceiling fans, with the exception of one of the upstairs bedrooms which has a fan only. However, the sliding doors in all bedrooms have security flyscreens which can be left open overnight to allow the cool air to circulate.
2/67 Noosa Parade is a 200m walk to Quamby Place where you will find a number of award-winning restaurants, including Wasabi and Rickys Bar & Restaurant. A 12-minute walk in the other direction will take you to Hastings Street. Or jump on one of the local buses that regularly pass along Noosa Parade.
The property has a secure remote access garage with parking for one medium size car. There is additional parking in the driveway for a second car and ample on-street parking.
