This luxury, pet-friendly beachside property has been recently renovated inside and out. The result is a stylish and contemporary retreat which flows across three levels, with expansive outdoor entertaining spaces from which to enjoy the magnificent ocean views. This home sleeps up to 8 guests across 3 generous bedrooms and an additional open, loft-style space. (Please Note: this room is strictly not suitable for children under the age of 10).
The main living level, with soaring double storey ceilings, and retractable sliding doors opening to the covered terrace create the perfect indoor/outdoor environment. The sound of the ocean dominates across the open plan lounge room, dining and kitchen.
The elevated terrace on this level enjoys expansive views down the coast and also overlooks the sparkling 11m pool. Outdoor dining for 10, lounge seating and overhead radiant heat bars are also provided for the occasional chilly night.
With luxury leather seating, a 65” Samsung TV with Netflix and Martin Logan Sound Bar, a relaxing afternoon or evening movie session in the comfortable lounge room is ensured.
The indoor dining area seating 8 is located alongside a superb chef’s kitchen and bar area. An adjacent butler’s pantry/laundry provides added convenience with a second full-sized fridge and separate Vintec wine fridge.
Two bedrooms are located on this level:
Bedroom 1 – Queen Bed, with built-in wardrobe, private balcony and ocean glimpses.
Bedroom 2 – Queen Bed, with built-in wardrobe, large daybed/sofa and 55” SmartTV. Large sliding doors opening out to the sunny rear courtyard. The clever design of this room allows the bed to be easily stored away in the wall if additional lounge space or a separate TV room is desired for younger guests.
These bedrooms share an elegant main bathroom with a double rain shower and separate WC.
A bright and airy office space on this level leads to the rear entertaining zone, with additional undercover dining, ceiling fan and gas barbecue. Above the courtyard, the AstroTurf garden area is perfect for kids and pets to run off some energy.
The Master Suite and Loft Space are located upstairs:
Master Suite – Deluxe King Bed, spectacular ocean views, walk-in robe and spacious en-suite with rain shower.
Additional Loft Space – 2 x Single Beds (can be converted to 1 x King Bed on request) in a generous loft-style space, also with ocean views. Situated on the mezzanine level, this space is open to the rest of the house, with a curtain that can be drawn to provide privacy. Please note that this room is strictly not suitable for children under the age of 10.
On this level, the spectacular top-floor terrace provides sweeping 180-degree ocean views, with additional lounge seating perfect for enjoying coffee at sunrise, sunset drinks, or whale watching June to October.

Well behaved, house-trained dogs (max. 2) are welcome in the main area of the house, but not in the carpeted upstairs area please – strictly no cats. A dog bed and water/food bowls are provided. A $77 pet levy applies for each pet, per stay.
There is safe, direct beach access (2-minute walk) via an underpass directly opposite the house (no road to cross). The off-leash dog beach extends for approximately 5kms along the beach to the south.
60 Orient Drive is perfectly placed to take advantage of the beach lifestyle. The beach access path opposite the house will have you on Sunrise beach in 2 minutes, with no roads to cross. The patrolled section of Sunshine Beach is located a short distance to the north.
A short walk along the beach or beachside path will take you to the popular Chalet & Co cafe, serving great coffee and a selection of breakfast and light lunch options.
Venture slightly further north along the beach and you’ll find yourself in sister suburb Sunshine Beach. There you’ll find a great selection of cafes (most are pet-friendly), bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets, as well as the renowned Sunshine Beach Surf Club.
Sunrise Beach is a 5-minute drive to Noosa’s Hastings Street or jump on the local bus – there’s a stop just up the street (buses are free during peak holiday periods).
