There is a dining area to seat 8, and a contemporary kitchen and built-in bar. An adjacent butler’s pantry/laundry provides added convenience with a second full-sized fridge and separate wine fridge.
The elevated terrace, overlooking the 11m pool below and with views down the coast to Mooloolaba, includes outdoor dining to seat 10 as well as comfortable lounge seating. Integrated ceiling heaters keep the chill off on those cooler evenings and dimmable lighting provides a lovely ambience.
This level also includes one Queen bedroom with private balcony and ocean views. There is a second larger bedroom, also with Queen bed, lounge/daybed, 55” Smart TV and sliding doors opening out to the sunny rear garden. The clever design of this room provides additional functionality, with the bed able to be easily stored away in the wall if additional lounge space or separate TV room is desired for younger guests.
These bedrooms share an elegant main bathroom with a double rain shower and separate WC. A lovely office space on this level also leads to the rear entertaining zone, with undercover dining, ceiling fan and Weber gas barbecue, and AstroTurf garden, perfect for kids and pets to run off some energy.
Upstairs, the top level of the house includes the deluxe Master Suite featuring a very comfortable King bed, large ensuite and spectacular ocean views. Acoustic sliding doors can be closed to shut off the room from the rest of the house, blocking out noise and light as required.
Also on this level, a generous loft-style fourth bedroom has 2 x Single beds that can be made into a King bed upon request, as well as a fantastic workspace. Being situated on the mezzanine level, this space is open to the rest of the house, but a heavy curtain provides privacy.
The spectacular top floor terrace provides sweeping 180-degree ocean views, with lounge seating perfect for enjoying coffee at sunrise, sunset drinks, or whale watching June to October.

There is direct beach access via an underpass opposite the house. The off-leash dog beach extends along the beach to the south. A short walk along the beach or beachside path will take you to the popular Chalet & Co cafe, serving great coffee and a selection of breakfast and light lunch options. Venture further north along the beach and you’ll find yourself in sister suburb Sunshine Beach, where there is a great selection of cafes, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets, as well as the renowned Sunshine Beach Surf Club.
