The main feature of ”Peza Paradise” is the beautiful and sustainable Accoya deck at the rear of the property, overlooking your own private beach. Slide back the glass stacking doors from the living area to create a seamless indoor-outdoor space that captures the river breezes. Relax on the daybeds, cool off in the river, enjoy evening drinks and nibbles at the outdoor dining table. Your hardest decision will be deciding what do to first!

The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for your holiday, while the lounge area invites you to sit back and relax at the end of the day while taking in a movie on the large-screen SmartTV (Netflix Capable). Alternatively, enjoy the early evening birdlife on the river while the sun sets over the river. Keep an eye out for eagles, stingrays, pelicans and other wildlife that call the River home.

Upstairs there are 2 comfortable and spacious bedrooms, both with ensuites. The main bedroom overlooking the beach features a King bed, 2nd SmartTV, and a private balcony. The ensuite with polished marble flooring offers a beautiful clawfoot bath and separate rain shower.

The 2nd guest room also features a King bed, which can be separated into 2 x King singles on request. It also has a small shaded balcony and ensuite with shower only. Both rooms are air-conditioned and have remote-controlled ceiling fans. An additional rollaway bed can be provided upon request.

Location

Peza Court is a quiet cul-de-sac just off Noosa Parade, and is situated on the picturesque and peaceful Noosa Sound. It is a 20-minute stroll (1.9km) to Hastings Street and Main Beach in one direction and the same to Noosaville’s riverfront Gympie Terrace in the other (2km). Or jump on the local bus service that runs along Noosa Parade.

Just across from Peza Court you’ll find Quamby Place, home to some of Noosa’s finest restaurants, including Wasabi, Ricky’s, Rock Salt and Wood Fire Grill. There is also a Noosa Ferry stop there which will take you to the Noosa Marina and Hastings Street. Or why not take a river taxi directly from your private beach?

The waterways here are perfect for taking the paddleboards out onto and exploring the Noosa River, Keyser Island Conservation Park, and Lake Weyba. Or hire a boat from one of the many operators along the river and pull up onto your beach.

Parents of younger guests should also note that there is no boundary fence between the property’s beachside deck and the riverfront – parents are responsible for the safety of their children at all times. There is a shared pool with secure gate access within the complex.
