This large 5 bedroom pet-friendly holiday home at 15 Webb Road in Sunshine Beach is the epitome of coastal living. It is perfectly positioned above the beach in one of the suburb’s best streets and is the perfect family holiday destination with views you’ll never tire of.

Architecturally designed with the Queensland lifestyle in mind, soaring ceilings and banks of sliding doors provide great ventilation so the cooling sea breezes flow through. Take in the views of the sand and water whilst relaxing to the soothing soundtrack of the ocean.

The interior of 15 Webb Road is just as impressive as the unbeatable location. Mediterranean in style, the residence has been created to provide guests with a sanctuary of beachside living and relaxing on a large scale.

Entry is through a grand, double-height foyer with a curving staircase that takes you up to the main living area and master retreat on the upper level. Downstairs you’ll find 4 further guest bedrooms, another lounge room/media room, bar and entertaining area, large pool and extensive decks.

The kitchen is very well-equipped and features high-quality appliances. A large kitchen island bench sits in the heart of this open-plan living space, making it an ideal entertaining area. A separate dining zone seats 8 and opens out onto a balcony at the front of the house with BBQ. There is a second dining table to seat 8 as part of the kitchen area.

Two comfortable lounge areas, one with large SmartTV, on each side of the kitchen provide plenty of space for everyone to relax in. Sliding doors open out to an extensive covered balcony with outdoor dining to seat 10, specifically designed for the beachside location. There is stair access to the pool deck from here.

Like a high-end resort, the spacious master retreat with King bed is completely open plan. You can wake to the sound of the ocean or enjoy a spa while taking in the views. Double rain showers, TV, walk-in robe, powder room and access to the balcony complete this stunning suite.

The downstairs area also features beautiful ocean views and a large swimming pool. A wet bar and built-in entertainment unit create a third living zone, ideal for younger guests. This area is surrounded by the 4 guest rooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have Queen and Double beds respectively while bedroom 3 has 1 x Bunk and 1 x Single, to sleep 3 in total. These rooms share a bathroom with bathtub and rain shower.

The 4th guest bedroom has a Queen bed and ensuite with rain shower. It opens to the lower deck overlooking the swimming pool and ocean beyond. All four bedrooms on this floor have access to either a sunny courtyard or the poolside deck.

Pets (small dogs) are welcome on approval but must remain outside at all times – fees do apply. There are small grassed areas at the front and rear of the house and a side courtyard. Off-leash areas are found at the northern end of Sunshine Beach as well as further south towards Sunrise Beach.
